1. Booking Policy
To make a booking, guests must provide a valid credit card or make a payment via bank transfer. Full payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon with the host.
2. Cancellation Policy
Guests may cancel their reservation up to 30 days before the check-in date for a full refund. Cancellations made within 30 days of the check-in date are non-refundable.
3. Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in is at 3:00 PM on the day of arrival, and check-out is at 11:00 AM on the day of departure. Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability and additional fees.
4. Occupancy Policy
The maximum number of guests allowed in each villa is specified on the booking page. Additional guests may be allowed upon request and subject to additional fees.
5. Damages & Liability
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the villa or its contents during their stay. The host reserves the right to charge guests for any damages or excessive cleaning required.
6. Smoking & Pet Policy
Smoking is not permitted inside the villas, and pets are not allowed without prior approval from the host.
7. Noise & Disturbance
Guests are expected to respect the privacy and comfort of other guests and neighbors. Loud music and parties are not allowed on the property.
8. Security Deposit
A security deposit may be required at the time of booking or check-in to cover any damages or violations of the rental agreement.
9. Property Use
The villa may be used only for residential holiday purposes. Commercial activities require written approval.
10. Health & Safety
Guests must use all facilities responsibly. The host is not liable for accidents, injuries, illness, or loss of belongings.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Greece.
12. Amendments
By making a booking, guests agree to these terms and conditions and any additional policies or rules specified by the host. The host reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without notice.
